CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING — Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if there is any need to cancel or reschedule. — Failure to notify before the 24 hour mark will then require 100% full-payment of the scheduled service. GRACE PERIOD + NO SHOWS — There is a 15-minute grace period before your appointment is automatically canceled & full-payment of the scheduled service will be required. A new deposit will be required to rebook. — No call no shows or failure to pay policy fees will result in no further possible booking.
